The listing gives the tool hex keys from 2 to 6 mm, 8, 9 and 10 mm sockets with an extension, 8, 10 and 15 mm flat wrenches, a 14G spoke key and slot and cross screwdrivers, in chrome-vanadium steel. It folds to 3.5 x 1.8 x 1.1 inches. Three nylon tyre levers and a spare 4 mm key for the hinge bolts come in the box.
What it leaves out matters on a bike trip. There is no chain tool, no Torx bit and no 8 mm hex key, only an 8 mm socket. A broken chain or a T25 rotor bolt needs another tool, and there are no patches or pouch in the box.
Owners on Amazon US gave it 4.5 stars from 14,605 ratings in October, with about 4 percent at one or two stars. Amazon's review summary splits almost evenly on sturdiness, and some owners report it breaking within a few uses. Amazon's listing gives an item weight of 0.25 kg, which likely includes the levers.
At $8.99 when we checked in August, it is a cheap way to carry the basics on a day ride or an overnighter. For a multi-day route, pair it with a chain tool and a quick link, or step up to a tool that includes them.
