The SUYIWEE set has the strongest hardware of the budget light sets: a larger battery, USB-C and better sealing. Its headline lumen figure is the part not to believe.

The listing claims 1,200 lumens from a front light with side lenses for a 270 degree spread, on a 2,600 mAh cell, and gives 6 hours on high and 7 on low. Those two runtimes are so close that the modes barely differ in draw. Scaled from a premium light's output per watt-hour, the battery supports roughly 300 lumens for 6 hours, not 1,200.
The rest of the hardware is stronger than its budget rivals. Both lights charge over USB-C from a split cable, the rear has a 1,200 mAh cell claimed to run 34.5 hours steady, and the set is rated IP65, with a warning not to immerse it. A quick-release bracket and a 1-year warranty round it out.
Owners on Amazon US gave it 4.6 stars from 381 ratings in October, with 4 percent at one or two stars. Amazon's review summary notes some owners find the front distracting to oncoming riders, and one dropped to the low mode on residential streets. Another found it enough for a dark bike path and little more.
At $16.98 when we checked in August it is cheap for what it includes. Seeing on unlit gravel takes something like 400 to 600 lumens with a known runtime, which this light's battery does not support at its claimed output.
