Rhinowalk's roll-top pannier is the budget answer to a German touring bag: a waterproof-looking single pannier for roughly a third of the price of one Ortlieb.
The verdictA lot of pannier for the money, with plastic hardware and no stated warranty. Fine for occasional trips, and a gamble for a long tour.
The Amazon US listing describes a single pannier in 500D polyester coated on both sides, with sealed seams and a roll-top that extends to 25 litres. It weighs 2.6 lb (1.18 kg), adds a laptop sleeve and mesh pockets inside, and comes with a shoulder strap. The same bag is sold as 22 litres on Amazon UK, so read the capacity as approximate.
It mounts on plastic PA66 and glass-fibre hooks that adjust across 6.8 inches and fit 10 to 18 mm rack tubes. Rhinowalk states no IP rating, no load limit and no warranty on the listing, and the seams are sealed rather than welded. Treat it as water-resistant for a wet day, and put anything that must stay dry in a dry bag.
Owner reports on Amazon US sat at 4.4 stars across 662 ratings in October, shared with older variants of the same listing. The low-star reports centre on the hardware: a clasp that broke and let the bag fall off on a ride, hooks that would not open wide enough for some racks, and all-plastic fittings. Check the hook spacing against your rack before a long trip.
