The Marscamd set is for the rider who wants a pocket for everything. It is a water-resistant saddle bag with a rain cover rather than a pair of roll-top panniers.

The listing describes one set with two sides joined over the rack, holding up to 50 litres with the expansion zips open. It is made of water-resistant 600D Oxford fabric with zips rather than a roll-top, so it relies on its included rain cover in sustained rain. Stiffening plates keep the sides from folding in.
The organisation is the reason to choose it. There are outer and inner pockets, one of them leakproof, plus webbing and elastic cords for a jacket on top, and reflective strips for road links after dark. The listing says it fits racks up to 7 inches wide.
Owner reports are mixed on fit. One owner reports the bag rubbing the spokes, another that the inner clips would not fit a thick rack tube, and the smaller 35 litre version on the same listing draws a comment about a floppy shape.
