The ApolloAir's case is warmth per gram at a budget price. The catch is that the warmth figure comes from Gear Doctors' own testing rather than the ASTM standard.

Gear Doctors claims an R-value of 5.2 for the ApolloAir, which would put it in the winter band. Its own R-value page says the figure is a Gear Doctors internal specification from in-house testing, not an ASTM F3340 result or an independent certification. That makes it a claim worth testing on a mild night before trusting it on a frosty one.
The Normal size weighs 17.53 oz, or 497 g, by Gear Doctors' figure, and measures 72.8 by 22 inches, tapering to 17 at the foot, and 3.2 inches thick. It packs to 8.5 by 3 inches, small enough for a seatpack beside a quilt. A pump sack comes in the box, so moist breath stays out of the baffles.
Owners on Amazon US gave it 4.4 stars from 2,361 ratings in October, with 7 percent one-star. Gear Doctors warns that the valve's internal flap can stick after shipping or storage and should be freed with a fingertip before first use. The listing page also sells the Large, so check the size in the basket.
Gear Doctors offers lifetime replacement support, capped at two partial and two full replacements per order, and asks for the order ID plus photos or video. That is broader than most budget pads offer. Insulated pads like this one are audible when you move, which matters most in a shared tent.
