The Amazon US listing, sold by Amazon, describes a two-piece set: a full-size fork and a full-size spoon with a knife edge, in BPA-free glass-reinforced nylon, with a bungee tether. The pieces nest together for packing or join end to end for eating from a freeze-dried pouch, about 18 cm long apart and 26 cm joined by UCO's figures. The set weighs 30 g on the listing and carries UCO's one-year warranty.
Joined, the set reaches the bottom of a pouch without coating your knuckles, which is the job a short spork does badly. UCO chose glass-reinforced nylon for its temperature resistance, so a hot titanium pot rim is less of a worry than with plain plastic. The bungee keeps both pieces together at the bottom of a frame bag.
Owner reports stood at 4.8 stars across 2,402 ratings in October 2026, with owners describing a knife edge sharp enough for real food and fork tines that do not bend. The caveats are a small knife and a light-coloured version that stains easily. At $9.99 from Amazon it is cheap enough to keep a set in every bag.
