Sea to Summit makes the Lightweight Dry Bag from recycled 70D nylon, PU-coated inside with a DWR finish outside, and double-stitches and fully tapes the seams. It rates the body at 10,000 mm of water pressure. It also warns against submersion, because water can seep through the roll-top of any dry bag.

The listing measures capacity with the closure rolled three times, so pack it to leave room for three folds. For a quilt or a sleeping bag, the 8 and 13 litre sizes are on the same listing.
Sea to Summit cautions against sharp objects and abrasive surfaces, so keep it away from tent pegs and grit. The buckle can be replaced if it breaks, and a D-ring and a lash loop at the base let it clip inside a larger bag. One owner found the clip hard to open and the roll slow to stay shut.
Owners on Amazon US gave it 4.5 stars from 161 ratings in October, with 5 percent at one or two stars. One owner had water get in when held under in a bath, and another kept a phone dry under a capsized boat for at least 15 minutes. At $18.95 when we checked in August, it is cheap insurance for the kit that cannot get wet.
