ROCKBROS Waterproof Top Tube Bag (1 L) Review
A top tube bag puts snacks, a phone and a battery where you can reach them without stopping. This one is built for keeping them dry rather than for navigating through a window.
The verdictA dry, stiff-sided top tube bag at a fair price. Add grip tape under the straps.
The Amazon US listing, sold by ROCKBROS and shipped by Amazon, is the 1 litre version of a long, slim top tube bag in 840D nylon with a TPU layer, a PP board inside and fibreboard in the sidewalls, closed by a sealed adhesive zip. It fixes with adjustable hook-and-loop straps and needs no tools. There is no touchscreen window, so it carries the phone rather than displaying it.
One litre takes a phone, a small power bank, a couple of gels and gloves, which is what you want to reach at speed. The stiff sidewalls keep the bag from sagging onto your knees, and the slim body is why ROCKBROS says it does not rub. A 1.6 litre version sits on the same listing if you carry a bigger battery.
Owner reports stood at 4.4 stars across 2,434 ratings in October 2026, including one owner who used it for 3,500 miles of bikepacking and called the waterproofing on point. The same owner found it slid around on the top tube until they put something grippy underneath, and others found the sealed zip stiff. A strip of rubber or frame tape under the straps fixes the first.
