The SCORYULE bag is a reminder that you don't need a triple-digit budget to start bikepacking. It's a simple, top-zippered pouch with a surprisingly decent waterproof coating on the interior fabric. It's small, lightweight, and gets the job done without any unnecessary bells and whistles.
It is sized for a phone and a small multi-tool, and not much beyond that. The mounting straps are basic, but they held the bag in place on gravel roads. It does suffer from some 'sag' when loaded with heavy items like a dense power bank, but for light cargo, it's perfectly adequate. If you are just testing the waters of unpaved riding, this is a foolproof way to add some storage.
At 150g and $13.99 this is the lightest and cheapest bag on the page, and the 1.5L capacity is the whole story: it is a phone, a multi-tool and a snack. Anything more and the sag it develops under dense loads — a power bank is the usual culprit — becomes a rattle against the head tube.
