Owner reports through sustained downpours describe dry contents, which is more than the water-resistant bags at this price manage. The 14L capacity is massive, easily swallowing a full three-season sleeping bag and camp clothes.
However, you pay for the low price in stability. Because it lacks a rigid internal frame or specialized harness, the bag is prone to "tail wag" when you stand up on the pedals.
