ROCKBROS 1.5L Saddle Bag Review
A small wedge for the tools and spares that should never leave the bike. It does that job, and the zip is what owners argue with.
The verdictA sturdy little tool wedge with a stubborn zip. Mount it, test the zip, then forget it.
The Amazon US listing, sold by ROCKBROS and shipped by Amazon, describes the C29 wedge: 1.5 litres, 16.5 by 9.6 by 8.4 cm and 109 g, in PU fabric with a diamond-grid rubber finish meant to resist scratches when the bike goes down. Two straps fix it, one around the saddle rails and one around the seatpost, and it carries a reflective logo, reflective side strips and a hook for a rear light. ROCKBROS describes the shape as solid, so it keeps its form when half empty.
One and a half litres takes a tube, levers, a multi-tool and a quick link, which is the kit that should live permanently on the bike. It will not take a wind jacket, and one owner points out that it tapers to about 5 cm inside at the narrow end, so measure your pump before relying on it. Keep it as the tool wedge and put everything else in bigger bags.
Owner reports stood at 4.4 stars across 1,120 ratings in October 2026, and the low ones are almost all about the zip. Owners describe it locking at a corner, catching the fabric, and being hard to open once the bag sits flush under the saddle, and one found water inside after heavy rain. Open it once at home with the bag mounted before trusting it on a ride.
