KEMIMOTO Expandable 11L-13L Seat Bag Review
Four stiffening panels give this budget roll-top a shape of its own, and it expands from 11 to 13 litres. Its listing cannot decide whether it is waterproof or water resistant.

KEMIMOTO's title calls the bag water resistant, while its bullets say completely waterproof and describe double-layer 600D PVC with welded seams, a water-resistant outer and a leak-proof inner. No rating is published, so treat it as rain-proof rather than submersible. One owner calls the sewn-in liner ill-fitting and hard to pack around, though they credit it with keeping the contents dry.
The roll-top expands from 11 to 13 litres, enough for a summer sleeping bag and a spare layer on an overnighter. Four panels in the bottom and sides hold its shape, and it mounts with buckled straps through the saddle rails and hook-and-loop straps round the seatpost. One owner found it floppy when half packed and steady when full, so pack it tight.
Owners on Amazon US gave it 4.0 stars from 27 ratings in October, with 14 per cent at two stars, and several of the reviews shown are from Amazon Vine reviewers sent free bags. The sharpest complaint is a seatpost strap that tore off on a first ride with a light load, so carry a spare strap.
